Primary School · Grades 1–6

Confident beginnings, strong foundations

In Primary, scholars build the habits that last a lifetime: reading with confidence, writing clearly, reasoning with numbers and speaking up for themselves.

What learning looks like

Learning that builds confidence

Our youngest scholars learn the core of the national curriculum in small classes where every child is known: English language, mathematics, science and general studies.

Languages are introduced through songs and drama, and scholars use technology every day as a normal part of learning. The Trinity of Teaching starts early: teachers watch for each child’s gifts, from singing and dance to public speaking, swimming and gardening, and give them room to grow.

Character matters as much as content. Primary scholars learn respect, patience and kindness, and begin to understand what it means to be an Akhepran scholar.
