Paying fees

Pay tuition at any Commonwealth Bank branch or by online transfer. Fees cannot be paid at the school office.

Then send a photo of the deposit slip, with your child’s name on it, by WhatsApp or to principal@akhepran.com.

Tuition is paid in five instalments. A $50 fee applies to each late payment.

Guardian access to Classroom

Teachers can invite parents to receive Google Classroom guardian summaries by email: regular updates on missing work, upcoming work and class announcements. Accept the invitation when it arrives.

Ask your child’s teacher if you have not received an invitation.

Uniform guide

Everyday uniform

  • Polo shirt in your child’s school colour: red gold green
  • Boys: khaki shorts (Grades 1–4) or long pants (Grades 5–12). No jeans.
  • Girls: khaki pleated skirt, 2 inches below the knee. Skorts allowed in Grades 1–3.
  • Black low school shoes (no trainers or boots) and a black belt
  • Black socks for boys, tan for girls

Formal, PE and swimming

  • Collared formal shirt with the school crest and tie for ceremonies, assemblies and field trips
  • PE shirt in your child’s school colour, all-black track pants and white or black trainers
  • Swimwear: full swimsuit for girls, trunks for boys, plus cap, goggles, towel and slippers
  • Cold days: an all-black blazer, jacket or sweater, or the green Akhepran sport jacket. No hoodies.
  • A Dashiki top is included with enrolment

Device checklist

  • An approved laptop or iPad (all grades)
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher installed
  • Headphones, required every day
  • Working webcam and microphone
  • A protective bag or case
  • Recommended: flash drive, spare charger, and a wireless keyboard for iPads

Scholars

Signing in to Google Classroom

  1. Go to classroom.google.com.
  2. Sign in with the school Google account issued by Akhepran, not a personal Gmail account.
  3. Join each class with the class code or invitation from the teacher.
  4. Still stuck? Message IT Support on WhatsApp at (242) 819-7194. Never send a password in a message.

Staff

Guardian summaries

Invite guardians from each class’s People page in Google Classroom so families receive regular email summaries of their child’s work.

Internal documents and staff policies are shared through the school’s private channels, not this public website.
